Followup beta release 7

JSON-based testing structure is now in place for rapid iteration and new tests are included but coverage should really be higher, remaining in beta for now but I don't foresee being there past the next release. Included along with the JSON tests in this release are various bug fixes for math/comparison expressions and support for negative numeric literals.
