修复背景音乐应用未运行或部分音频设备不可用时，正常连接的语音播报也无法播放的问题；保留已保存的音频连接设置。/ Fixed speech playback being unavailable when a background-music app was not running or an audio device was unavailable, while preserving saved audio connections.

Install Windows playback support from Media. On Debian/Ubuntu, use sudo apt install libmpv2 libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 for video playback and Doubao sign-in.
