Highlights
Fixes emoji and other supplementary characters in tray and menu strings (#441). The JNI bridges read Java strings as JNI's modified UTF-8, which encodes a surrogate pair as two 3-byte sequences instead of one 4-byte sequence.
- Linux: sd-bus rejected the label with
-EINVAL, soGetLayoutfailed and the menu did not open at all - Windows: labels and tooltips rendered as mojibake
- macOS: same invalid input; null icon paths/tooltips no longer crash
All three bridges now go through a shared jni_utf8_dup() helper that emits standard UTF-8 (unpaired surrogates become U+FFFD).
