PROJECT-scoped common code/Hook and CHAT / SESSION-owned progress remain unchanged. English/Japanese README, INTEGRATION and adapter setup now distinguish installation location from state ownership; require current owner evidence, preserve existing Hooks/settings/trust/data, prevent private Git uploads, and explain that GLOBAL setup requires individual review and authorization.
Runtime core and adapter are unchanged. Release tests isolate fixture Git roots; LF checkout rules preserve integrity. Validation: core 38/38, adapter 11/11, three event fixtures, unchanged state and Windows launcher PASS. Target live delivery remains UNVERIFIED.
