Second public version of chimp-tools, used to create and use the CHiMP (Crystal Hits in My Plate) classification and object detection networks.
Contains scripts that allow the training of, and prediction with, image classifier networks as well as for training of, and prediction with, Mask-R-CNN object detection/instance segmentation networks.
