Wazuh SCA export to Compliance Report with Remediation Text File Generation

This application will allow you to select a folder of Wazuh CSV exported SCA benchmarks. I recommend naming the csv file with the agent name when exporting from Wazuh. This will generate a PDF containing the selected compliance and will generate a client ready PDF. It will also generate a text file with any remediation that is needed for the selected compliance standards. The setup file is a compiled binary of the bulkmainRem.py script in the repo.

Simply download and run the installer to install, all necessary dependancies for the python application are in the directory. To use the application simply select the folder containing the CSVs of the exported Wazuh CIS SCA reports (in CSV format), select a logo file of your company for the report (square size recommended), put in a Document Title (example: Company Name - {NIST, HIPAA, PCI} Compliance Report) select the necessary compliance(s) check box and Generate Report

CIS PDF Generator v0.1

Introduction

A simple CSV to PDF Generator because a CSV delivered to a client isn't professional. With this tool we can take failed CIS reports and compile them into a PDF to deliver to a client for bidding on hardening of their network. I don't know if this tool is only useful for myself, but it's public for anyone to use if they wish. This is just the compiled binary for my teammates

How to Use:

1. Launch the Application:

   • Run the application to open the GUI.

2. Select a CSV File:

   • Click on the "Browse" button under "CSV Selection" to choose a CSV file.

3. Choose a Logo (Optional):

   • Click on the "Browse" button under "Logo Selection" to select an image file. The tool supports PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats.

4. Provide Additional Information:

   • Fill in the "Report Title" field to set a custom title for your report.
   • Specify a "Footer URL" if you wish to have a URL displayed at the bottom of each page.
   • Choose an "Output Path" by clicking on the "Browse" button. This is where the generated PDF will be saved.

5. Generate PDF:

   • Click on the "Generate PDF" button. The status will be updated once the PDF generation is complete.

6. Exit:

   • Click on the "Exit" button to close the application.
