Changes

Progressive ingestion keeps its readable baseline searchable until all document enhancement, required page vectors, and the immutable final archive are ready. Final content, index state, snapshot selection, and completion notification publish together.

  • Deliver immutable baseline/final snapshots and same-Job completion milestones with durable recovery and failed-enhancement retry.
  • Preserve physical source-page citation identity across enhancement and retain explicit historical reads.
  • Repair deferred native-page vectors before final publication; reject required-query embedding failures rather than returning incomplete retrieval.
  • Fence stale recovery, historical SDK synchronization, and concurrent first-publication races.

Deployment

Includes the append-only scope claim-generation and pending-enhancement recovery-index migrations. Deploys the compatible API and Worker together through the existing production workflow. Worker concurrency and capacity configuration are unchanged. Compatible Node SDK: 2.7.0.

Validation

PR #478 passed API/Worker tests, typecheck, lint, CodeQL, and secret scanning. Production migration, rollout, and functional validation are verified after deployment.
