Prefer an explicit URL file_name over the URL basename original.md. Keep section titles that contain / or / as one published section instead of splitting them.
Reviewed in PR #494. Complete PR CI passed (lint, typecheck, worker/API tests, CodeQL and secret scanning). Existing snapshots stay as-is; new ingest after this API ships writes the real file name.
