Open Historia Native — update pieces

The pieces Open Historia Native updates itself from. An installed copy downloads only the pieces that changed since its own version, checks each one, and puts the new files in place when the game closes.

Nothing here is meant to be downloaded by hand: to install the game, use Open-Historia-Native-Setup.exe from the native-experimental release.
