Open-Shell Menu Text Selection Color is broken when Windows Blinds is enabled.

Describe the bug

Hello,

Recently I began using Windows Blinds to skin Windows 11. Upon doing this I discovered that the text selection color in the start menu would no longer work correctly. Instead of taking its color from the skin it just remains colored black regardless if I am hovering over it with the mouse or not.

To reproduce

Enable Window Blinds anytime Open-Shell 4.4.191 or earlier is installed. I can't say if this affects users outside of Windows 11, however.

Expected behavior

Text color should not be influenced by other skinning software.
