replacement start button keeps disappearing

Describe the bug

The replacement start button disappears when click on the taskbar or closing a window & when having a window open the button is cut out at taskbar height (screenshots)

To reproduce

Install Openshell, replace start button and click on taskbar or open/close any window

Expected behavior

The custom start button should be displayed above the taskbar or anything else basically. And it should not be cut out at the height of the taskbar, it should go above (vista orb in my case)

it doesn't happen when i have the openshell settings open.
