Release Highlights

OpenEMS 2026.11.0 is a strong release for e-mobility: three new wallboxes — Ambibox ambiCHARGE Home, Voltie AC and Mennekes Professional — plus a new grouped overview for charge-point clusters and more robust charging logic. Dynamic tariffs got a major upgrade: electricity spot prices can now be fetched from multiple providers, optionally via your own Backend. And the UI is available in Lithuanian and Swedish, with translations completed for all supported languages. ⚠️ Note for integrators: the legacy Energy Scheduler v1 has been removed and the old ENTSO-E tariff components have been migrated to the new spot-tariff system.

• SMA Sunny Island – power control fixed for multi-device systems: three-phase setups previously discharged three times the requested power; the -11 device generation is now supported (#4020)
• Alfen NG9xx – full EVSE app, including new UI integration (#4011)
• Alpitronic – support for new charger firmware versions (#4085)
• GoodWe / FENECON Battery Inverter – battery cluster port mapping fixed (#4045)
• Modbus (j2mod) – library update fixes current communication issues (#4085)
• OCPP – libraries for the EV-charging protocol upgraded to v2.0 (#3968)
• EVSE charging logic – charge start/stop delays prevent frequent charge restarts; stuck states fixed (#4011, #4085)
• SAX Power Home Plus – documentation now explains the slow default power reaction time, which support can adjust (#4052)

• Energy Scheduler – fully migrated to v2 with live schedule notifications (#4045)
