It can instantly reveal any location on the map once every 30 seconds.

This should be restricted to water only (or more specifically a list of terrain types specified in the power), and the shroud reveal should be removed.

Also is sonar pulse tied to any structure? It should require radar or something. Once you get sonar, is there a way to lose it? But parabombs are also not tied to any structure right? Should they also be tied to airfield/helipad?

Can't reveal FOW or shroud with sonar pulse in playtest-20180729 and assume this got fixed in the merged pr referenced above.

However, there is a comment in this pr that it wouldn't close this issue.
