acswi 0.2.0

Account Switcher is now called acswi. The command is acswi and the window and tray app is acswi-desktop.

acswi-windows-x64.zip holds acswi.exe (the command) and acswi-desktop.exe (the window and tray menu). Unzip both into a folder on your PATH.

Coming from acct 0.1.0: delete acct.exe and acct-desktop.exe. Your saved accounts move from the old acct folders to acswi the first time you run acswi.
