Improve discord workflow

In order to improve our discord workflow, I have some ideas:

• create an opensciencelabs user that would be the owner of the server (move ownership from xmnlab to opensciencelabs)
• remove subs-collaboration channel
• create a new entry into the subs-groups for collaborators, it will assign the role collaborators and the text inside the menu could be something like: "Grupo para todas las personas que quieran colaborar a la comunidad OSL"

What about we start splitting the menus into categories? I can think in three that would be great to have separated.
Something like:

You pronouns:

• They/Their
• He/Him
• She/Her
• Just use my name! (No role)

Spoken languages:

• Espanol
• English
• Portugues
• Francois
• ...

Programming languages:

• C & Cpp
• R
• Rust
• Java
• JS
• Python
• etc

I also think it should be in the landing page of the server

About pronous and maybe could use a bot that adds this info aside the username. Similar to the "#include" discord server (about cpp). So we could have a separated menú for that.

About the other two you mentioned, I need to think a bit about that

In the new features, the Channels & Roles features are the first thing the user sees when entering the server, maybe those menus could be the first page after accepting the terms

It looks like a pro feature, same thing inside its "channels & rules" channel

Yes, it probably needs or boosting or that community feature. But I meant using this model to create the YAGPDB menus similar to that, so when the feature is unlocked, the same model can be converted into the feature

For now it is too much abstract for me XD do you mind giving some concrete example about how it would work?

For now, I propose to do an welcome channel with the rules and roles menus with different categories as this comment. Some of these categories with the new releases would be split the two different channels in the new feature, one to define user's roles, the other to select the channels of interest
