3.0.3

Removes the legacy tiamo package replacement metadata and remaining legacy project references. Projects still requiring the old package name must migrate to openstatspec/spss-sav. No public PHP namespace changes are included.

3.0.2 — OpenStatSpec migration

First OpenStatSpec release of the SAV/ZSAV codec. The Composer package is now openstatspec/spss-sav, the stable SPSS namespace is preserved, original authorship remains credited, and tiamo/spss is declared as replaced for dependency compatibility. Full PHP 8.4/8.5, coverage, mutation, and R/haven interoperability gates pass.
