Maintenance patch on the existing 3.1 release line. This is the same fully tested source tree as 3.0.4, published with a version newer than the previously existing 3.1.0 Composer tag. No runtime API or SAV/ZSAV format changes.

  • Merged reviewed Dependabot PRs #14–#18: PHPUnit 13.3.1, PHP-CS-Fixer 3.95.22, Infection 0.35.2, Rector 2.6.3 and PHPStan 2.2.9.
  • Removed a deprecated PHPUnit option from the branch-coverage runner.
  • Full local release QA and GitHub PHP 8.4/8.5 locked/lowest dependency, coverage/mutation and R/haven interoperability gates passed.
