Encryption + GUI

New Features:

• OpenSSL: Utilized for encryption, certificate, and key creation. Certificates are used for an HTTPS server, keys are used for secure exchange of symmetric keys for encrypting packets through the UDP socket.
• Electron.js: Utilized for GUI and managing the tunnel program.

Requirements:

• Server: Requires at least two static IP addresses to function.

Recommendations:

• Server: OpenSSL must be installed to generate certificates and keys. Download OpenSSL for Windows.

Considerations:

• Client & Server: vpn-tunnel.exe may not work as intended on Intel CPUs. It is best to build from main branch.
