we still have trouble on noetic compile, see https://travis-ci.com/github/k-okada/pr2_robot/builds/225300576 for error message

we're waiting for ros-drivers/wifi_ddwrt#12

this is blocking on the https://github.com/PR2/pr2_power_drivers jenkins build issues

current release 0.2.0 is blocking noetic release

wifi_ddwrt release 0.2.2 complete, but it may not fix the problem. I think the python-mechanize dependency is still there
