Changed default ports to match Lorenz's recommendation. Added a simple "I am still alive" indicator, plus a command-line option for how frequently it is output. Ability to specify QGC ip address, bind port and peer port. Fixed command-line options so the usage is more intuitive Only print debug output if setDebug(true) is called.
