Tabs 2.0.4: A more cohesive Code workspace

Tabs refines the embedded editor, chat panels, workspace icons, and typography controls. Switching the Code toolbar between Tabs Agent and GitHub Copilot now closes the previous chat surface.

What changed

• Keep one Code toolbar chat provider open at a time when switching between Tabs Agent and GitHub Copilot.
• Bring connected assistant tabs, rounded built-in controls, and more comfortable Chat spacing to the Code workspace.
• Blur the full Code workspace behind native dialogs, including its toolbar and activity rail, while keeping the dialog clear.
• Match the editor status bar and settings control to the workspace theme, including when the window loses focus.
• Add expressive workspace tool icons and animations, with larger Dock artwork.
• Expand local font choices and heading presets, with live typography previews in appearance settings.
• Add a clearer drag-to-Applications layout to the Mac installer.

macOS builds are not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. After attempting to open a downloaded build, use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
