Quick Actions refinements and smaller editor caches

Quick Actions makes searching and temporary clipboard items easier to manage. This update also reduces accumulated editor caches and improves backup recovery.

What changed

• Use the refreshed Quick Actions search panel, clearer action icons, and updated radial layouts.
• Work with the updated temporary clipboard and manage kept browser and terminal tools from Workspace settings.
• Get clearer backup and recovery controls, including separate feedback for refreshing snapshots and retrying startup.
• Create backups when runtime sockets or temporary pipes are present in application data.
• Reclaim legacy editor resource caches automatically and prevent the embedded editor from retaining separate resource and JavaScript disk caches for every project.
• Improve Windows update extraction when packaged files are checked through virtual directories.
