v1.0.0.0 - First Stable Release

First stable release of Processing 5 - Creative Coding Station: a native Windows creative-coding IDE for p5.js, built with C# / WPF / WPF-UI. Offline-first — the p5.js runtime, code editor, and export pipeline all run locally with zero network dependency.

Highlights since 0.9.9-rc.1

This release is exclusively release engineering (feature freeze was declared in 0.9.9-rc.1):

• Version bumped to 1.0.0.0 throughout, verified against the compiled binary's actual FileVersionInfo.
• The installer now reads its version straight off the published executable's file version resource instead of a hand-maintained constant, which had silently drifted 3 releases stale before this release caught it.
• The installer switched to a per-user install (no admin/UAC elevation required) — the previous admin-required install was found, via real installer testing, to hang indefinitely on a UAC consent prompt in any non-interactive session.
