Hook switch_to_user and switch_back_user in ServerSessionGuard to refresh the last-activity timestamp for both the old and new user. This prevents unintended inactivity logouts when switching accounts with the User Switching plugin.

Bump version to 1.0.8 in the plugin header, constant, JS tracker, readme (stable tag and changelog), and translation files.
