v0.2.0 — renamed to dsh-cert-mcp

The package moved from the scoped @perrylink/dsh-cert-mcp to dsh-cert-mcp. First release under the new name (published with provenance via the one-off bootstrap, since npm cannot configure a trusted publisher for a package that does not exist yet). The old scoped name is deprecated.
