• Pin zod to 4.4.3 and ignore its dependabot bumps until the host packages align. The npm-minor-patch group pulled zod@4.6.7 alongside the host's 4.4.3; the duplicated ZodType identity breaks tsc and the profile/bare-import gates. The exact pin keeps one zod identity.
