efb6d28 — Added garbage collection pass to scene loading. Made loading bar also account for scene unloading and garbage collection. Added pause for loading the new scene while everything else isn't done yet.
Also fixed this bug:
- Fixed bug with input gated loading screens wouldn't coorelate color of the ready TMP
