Features

• MCP list tools now return summaries; full records come from the matching *_get tool. memory_list (was ~81 KB) no longer returns bodies; scheduler_list, plan_list, context_list, sequence_list, project_list and directory_list drop prompts, descriptions, bodies and nested collections
• tool_list returns only each CLI type's id, name, kind and model; new tool_get returns its spawn command and resume support
• session_list drops its duplicate ISO timestamps
