[BUG] IMAP trigger not being created and deployed

Describe the bug
The IMAP - New Email trigger is not being created and deployed. This sounds like an issue with the deployment pagination, or loading too many resources into the trigger.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a workflow
2. Add the IMAP trigger
3. Select an mailbox with a decent number of messages
4. Click on save
5. See it does not save
