Blackboard Text 2.1.0

Added

• Hover a page tab to preview its name, opening lines and dates.
• Pages record when they were created and edited; dates travel with backups.
Pages from before 2.1 show no date rather than a made-up one.
• The drawing toolbar folds away behind an arrow in the top-right rail.

Changed

• Toolbar, settings and close icons come from one consistent set.
