Major Changes

Added cloud sync
Added a loadout system so you can save multiple combinations of payloads from either cloud or local storage.
All synchronized payloads are now cached so you can use them offline after the first sync.

Minor Changes

Added localization support (26 languages).
Added minor customization options: you can now change the background, enable sounds or silly effects. (they are disabled by default).
Your IP, port, and other configs are remembered upon restart.

You will need to uninstalling the previous version first to installing this!
