• Vigil push alerts now carry their Where/Handle footer.
• Drop the deprecated asyncio policy call from two test helpers and arm a tripwire against its return.

• The hourly index tick embeds again, and new board posts reach search within minutes.
• The CPAP inventory reads the decoded spool and the live stream's night folders, so it flags only nights that one source lacks.
