[feat] support self-defined memory extraction

memory response format
LLM structured output is specified in self-custom prompts, which is injected through from_config in mem0 SDK.
Considering we have multiple types memory and will provide an entry for users to customize memory categories, we decided to refractor the output structure to support this feature.
Notice
this feature is still in alpha phase.
