Make the availability of PowerShell on Microsoft Update or WSUS on on time with update messages.

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

I keep selecting the option boxes on the MSI installer that should allow PowerShell to update via Microsoft Update or WSUS, yet every time I get the update message on Windows Terminal that a new PowerShell version is available, this automatic update never comes and I have to update manually to get rid of the message.

Maybe either only show the messsage when it is actually available to download automatically, or improve the processes to make it available on Microsoft Update infrastructure.

I updated pwsh once or twice via Windows Update. In optional updates. Then I switched to the Preview branch, and because of that the updates stopped coming.
