CADETS V3 model and local data bundle

This release mirrors the original checksum-verified CADETS E3/V3 local data bundle for TGDetect V3.

The asset contains the prepared 5,537,964-event corpus, trained V3 checkpoint, frozen token bank, saved validation/test scores, endpoint attributes, and investigation SQLite index. Local user uploads and credentials are excluded.

Install from a clone of this repository:

The archive retains its original internal dashboard/data/cadets_v3/ layout. The installer validates and maps these files into backend/dashboard/data/cadets_v3/ without changing their bytes.

The repository includes separate frontend/backend directories, the redesigned black/Solarized workspace, branded documentation, community templates, and CI. Local verification passed 41 backend tests, frontend lint and production build, browser checks, and fresh-directory data installation.

Model implementation, weights, calibration, and recorded results are unchanged. Review the README, NOTICE.md, component licensing, and evaluation limits before interpreting predictions. No new model training or accuracy result is represented by this release.
