Fresh installs of Marvin 3.2.7 can select incompatible Pydantic AI releases: 2.x fails during import, and 1.95+ fails when streaming a response. Marvin 3.2.8 constrains Pydantic AI to >=1.9.0,<1.95 and Anthropic to <1.

This patch is based on v3.2.7 and contains only dependency constraints and matching lockfile metadata.

Validation:

  • Reproduced the original import failure with a fresh PyPI install.
  • Verified a clean wheel install resolves Pydantic AI 1.94.0 and imports successfully.
  • Ran hello_cast, hello_classify, hello_extract, hello_fn, hello_generate, and hello_run against the live OpenAI API.
  • Verified named-label classification, task_retries, and the OpenAI provider agent's file-writing tool with real API calls.
  • 134 database, thread, type, and schema tests passed with both locked dependencies and a fresh dependency resolution.

Pydantic AI 1.94 still emits warnings about output-tool events that Marvin does not translate; the validated examples complete successfully.
