PDC 3.3.0 (build 15)

Merge of PR #14.

Fixes

  • Pre-download crash on Windows: epee asserted on inflate() errors mid-stream; a truncated .pak download now aborts cleanly and retries instead of crashing pdcd.exe.
  • Pak format: the client decodes with the zlib wrapper (78 da), so pdc_lmdb_51911.pak was re-packed as streaming zlib level 9 (was gzip 1f 8b).
  • Hash semantics: the pre-download hash is cn_fast_hash of the UNPACKED stream (1 MiB blocks), not sha256 of the .pak file - entry corrected to 9510e613...764db0 and verified against the client log.
