Security

Reading files no longer runs code stored in them. Strings in .h5 files are now saved as plain UTF-8, dock layout files as JSON, and stored settings and attributes are parsed instead of evaluated. Formulas in the Data Mixer are checked before use.
Files written by older versions still open, with a warning. Convert them with the new pymodaq_migrate command, which writes a copy and never touches the original.
Files written by this version cannot be read by older versions.
