Moves the stdio adapter to MCP TypeScript SDK v2 (@modelcontextprotocol/server 2.3.1) and clears every npm audit finding: the SDK's OAuth credential advisory (GHSA-6qxp-vccf-f47h, high), proxy-addr IP spoofing (GHSA-jqcg-44mw-7w3h, critical), and the fast-uri and ip-address advisories. No tool or resource contract changes; v1 and v2 MCP clients both connect. npm: @pymodel/niblet@0.5.3, contract @pymodel/niblet-contract@0.1.10.
