v1.5.0 — v2 courier pre-checks

Added

• v2 courier pre-checks: would the courier refuse this address at label creation? Verified against qore/api 2.39.0:
  • courierChecks on every v2 order response: the preassigned courier only, null without one
  • POST /v2/orders/courier-checks: 1 to 100 addresses that are not an order yet, checked against a courierId or every active courier of the channel (orders:read)
  • Codes and their extra keys: FIELD_TOO_LONG, FIELD_REQUIRED, PROVINCE_NOT_CODE, POSTAL_CODE_INVALID, POSTAL_CODE_UNKNOWN, LOCALITY_NOT_DELIVERED, ZONE_SUSPENDED
• New reference: references/v2/courier-checks.md, added to the v2 stable core in references/v2/endpoints.md
• New example payloads: references/examples/v2/courierChecks.*.json
• scripts/qapla_v2_client.py: check_addresses
• 2 new eval scenarios (#26–27), 2/2 pass

Notes

• The shape differs between the two forms: on an order courierChecks is one object or null; the endpoint returns a list of outcomes per item, to be paired with the inputs by position.
