tno longer shows "Keeping x loaded for 2h" over the old EXPIRES.
The result went to the footer as soon as Ollama answered, while the
table waited for the next collection, up to one interval later. Now a
finished action wakes the collector at once (Collector.refresh()), and
the footer saysExtending x…until a snapshot taken after the action is
on screen (at most 3 s). The same goes for stop and load.
