v0.3.0
Experimental features and bug fixes.
If experimental features are enabled using the Zoom script (min version 0.3.0), Zoom plug-in can now:
- Maintain viewport position after changing zoom. Changing zoom with key bindings should now feel the same as native zoom.
- Zoom towards the mouse cursor. "Maintain viewport position" setting should be enabled for this to work.
- Zoom only when the mouse cursor is inside a viewport. This setting only works for mouse events, keyboard events are not affected.
Also fixed a number of bugs. Some of them are:
- Fixed wrong mask comparison when capturing key bindings. This bug caused the program to act as some modifier keys are pressed when the user just clicked on mouse buttons.
- Fixed bug in Windows which caused modifier keys to "stick" even after the user released the button.
- You can now install the Zoom plug-in in the MediaCore folder. This will make the plug-in accessible to all versions of After Effects you have installed.
- Updated the functions for capturing key bindings to listen only for key presses within the After Effects window, instead of capturing all key presses on the computer.
After Effects on macOS no longer requires Accessibility permissions thanks to this last fix in the list. These permissions can be safely disabled in System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Accessibility -> Adobe After Effects if you don't need them for any other purpose.
