v0.1.1 — anchored panel

Task tree panel now anchors to the pebble instead of a fixed corner: inward horizontally, up before down, and dragging uses a free state so the anchor cannot drag it back.

任务树 v0.1.0

右下角一块小面板，装完就能用：

• 分组 → 任务，带优先级序号 P1/P2…
• 点麦克风说一句 → 转成文字 → 确认后才入库（不会误加）
• 任务条可拖动排序、跨组移动
• 状态：进行中 / 卡住 / 跳过（废止）/ 待办 / 删除
• 面板与收起后的小圆块都能拖，位置会记住；拖到边缘自动吸边
• 数据是工作区里的纯文本 tasks/queue.md，可以用编辑器改、用 git 管

语音走 DSH 自带的本地 speechController，音频不出机器；插件只监听 127.0.0.1。
