🧹 Chores / Refactoring (重构与工程化)

  • 前端纯函数抽取到零依赖模块 pure.js，新增 node:test 动态测试（Phase 2）：把 testset_editor.js / testset_run.js 的纯逻辑（collectEditorRows / parseScope / parseTestsetEnvelope / buildRule / collectRules / rangesFromFlags、verdict 计数 ruleFailCount / ruleReviewFailCount、段文案 segmentLabel / segmentSummary 与配套常量 RULE_VALUE_TYPES / EXPORT_FORMAT / EXPORT_VERSION）抽到 pages/testbench/pure.js——不引用 DOM / state / 其它模块，页面模块经 import 复用同一份实现（防两处漂移），并新增 tests/frontend/pure.test.mjs 用 Node 内置 node:test（零依赖）做行为测试；pytest.yml 的 js-check job 追加 node --test 命令，仓库根新增 package.json 声明 type: module（node 可直接加载页面 ES module，无 npm 依赖）。
