PDF DSC-TSA Bulk Signer 2.0, developed by PrajnaBytes International Private Limited | RatioJuris.
Free software under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.

Put a visible stamp on every page you choose, and secure the whole PDF with one digital signature (DSC) or one trusted timestamp seal (no DSC needed).

What's new

  • Visible stamps on every chosen page, secured by one DSC signature, or by an RFC 3161 timestamp seal (DigiCert, Sectigo, GlobalSign, SSL.com, Entrust)
  • Stamp designer with saved designs, signature images, a Classic two-column layout and Hindi (Devanagari) text
  • "Repeat on all pages" when placing stamps
  • After signing, a Save window asks where to save the signed PDF. Your original is never overwritten. You can then open the PDF or its folder.
  • File dialogs start in Documents or the last folder used
  • The certificate list shows only personal signing certificates; expired DSCs and unplugged tokens are shown as unavailable
  • Tested with a real DSC USB token (HyperPKI HYP2003) on Windows 11, with and without a timestamp
  • Automatic update checks from GitHub, with signed update information
  • Now licensed under the GPL (1.0 used a proprietary EULA)

Which file do I download?

Your computer Download
Windows (recommended) PDF-DSC-TSA-Bulk-Signer-2.0.0-windows-x64.msi: installs for all users in C:\Program Files\RatioJuris\BulkFieldSignerGUI
Windows, no installation PDF-DSC-TSA-Bulk-Signer-2.0.0-windows-x64-portable.zip: unzip and run bulksigner.exe
Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) …-linux-x64.deb or …-linux-arm64.deb
Linux (other) …-linux-x64.tar.gz or …-linux-arm64.tar.gz
macOS, Apple silicon (M1 or newer) …-macos-arm64.dmg
macOS, Intel …-macos-x64.dmg

Every package includes its own Java runtime, so you don't need to install anything else. You can check the downloads against SHA256SUMS.txt.

Please note

  • Installing on Windows: Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?". Click Yes. The portable version needs no administrator rights.
  • Upgrading from 1.0: the 2.0 installer removes version 1.0 automatically.
  • Open and verifiable: this is independent open-source software; the complete source code is public. Commercial code-signing certificates are a recurring paid service that this project does not currently use, so on first launch:
    • Windows may show "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway.
    • macOS may block the app. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway (on macOS 14 and older, right-click the app and choose Open).
  • Linux and macOS DSC tokens work through the token maker's PKCS#11 library. This has not yet been tested with real tokens on those systems. Timestamp seals work without a token.
