A notification during the game when FSR 4 runs, as a lighter check than AMD's watermark.

✨ Added

• Status: Tell me when FSR4 runs (under All games, off by default) shows a short notification
during the game as soon as AMD's library runs FSR 4, with its model. Problems are still told when the
  game ends.

🐛 Fixed

• Games: A game with its own non-Steam shortcut is no longer listed under its launcher's shortcut (for
example Ubisoft Connect, whose games sit in its folder), so FSR 4 works when you start the game's
shortcut. A launcher shortcut that already has FSR 4 on keeps its game until you turn it off.
