Pinned installers and config for my coding setup, bundled for a machine that fetches nothing at run time.

Download every asset for the platforms you need, then follow the README: unpack-release.ps1 restores the folder layout and install-windows.ps1 (or install-linux.sh) does the rest. Each asset is prefixed with the folder it belongs in.

Tested on Windows 11 Pro 26300 and Ubuntu 24.04 under WSL 2, where the distro was baked and verified. Not tested: a full install from these assets on a second machine, end to end.
