RetroForge Switch Player 0.8.0 beta

A companion for RetroForge, not a standalone emulator. Install RetroForge 0.8.0 first: https://github.com/RetroForgeFrontEnd/RetroForge/releases. Then install this APK over 0.7.1 (no need to uninstall). RetroForge finds your Switch games and opens them here.

What's new

  • Play Online: host a multiplayer room from a game's page in RetroForge, or join one. Rooms hosted on the same Wi-Fi show up in RetroForge to tap and join. Up to 4 players.
  • The pause menu has an Online room page showing who's in, with a way to leave. Quitting the game leaves the room.
  • A RetroForge neon icon with SWITCH under it, so the player looks different from RetroForge in Android's app list.

Still here from 0.7.1

  • Built on Eden (GPL-3.0), tuned for phones: shaders build in the background, and resolution suits your phone's memory.
  • RetroForge pause menu: swipe in from the edge, press Back, or press Home on a controller.
  • Switch settings (from RetroForge's setup and Settings, or the pause menu): keys, firmware, the performance overlay and the GPU driver.
  • Snapdragon phones: one tap downloads the recommended Turnip driver (open source).

You need your own keys and firmware, dumped from your own Switch. Nothing of Nintendo's is included.
