v0.3.4-alpha - optimized title releases and 4x resolution
Pre-releasePSXRecomp v0.3.4-alpha brings the qualified shared optimization defaults and the maintained optimized title-release workflow into master. Enhanced builds use the existing ordered HLE batching policy while the explicit LLE reference path remains available. GNU/Ninja title releases train fresh per-title selective PGO; profiles are neither shared between titles nor shipped to players.
The shared Internal Resolution mod is enabled at 4x for fresh profiles, with 1x through 32x choices subject to GPU texture and memory limits. Existing saved choices remain authoritative. The release also retains the original X4 native-resource/localization framework history and the qualified current-build snapshot, rewind and presentation work.
Validation reuses the completed 14-component engine gate and representative Ape Escape/Tomba! 2 release acceptance, including the owner's visual/play checks. Tomba! 2 acceptance remains owner-scoped; its failed automated setup is not relabeled as a current-build F7 pass. This is not an all-games, cross-build save-state or new multiplayer qualification. Preserve native memory-card saves; execution snapshots are build-specific.
Source commit: 09ba00ed7ad9d5e7d88ca428e2c7dc23822a2ded (merged PR #792). The existing CLI release workflow builds and attaches psxrecomp-cli-windows-x86_64.zip; its completion and asset digest are recorded separately. The developer package does not include game discs or retail BIOS dumps. For a complete source checkout, clone recursively with submodules; GitHub's automatic source archives omit them.
