Bug fixes

  • Sharpening's Masking and Noise Reduction's Detail change the photo as they are moved; before, the change showed only once the photo was opened again
  • Remove Chromatic Aberration in Lens Corrections works; before, the correction stayed on whatever it was set to. On a photo edited in an earlier version, switch it off and on again for it to take effect
  • a mask's Dehaze removes haze on every photo; before, a positive amount did nothing on some. A mask made in an earlier version keeps the old behavior: draw it again
  • moving a slider on a mask just drawn no longer stops the photo from updating until it is opened again

Installing

These builds are not signed with a developer certificate, so each system warns when Immage is opened for the first time. Updates after that install from inside Immage, without the warning.

  • macOS (Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or newer): open Immage-0.33.0-macOS-arm64.dmg and drag Immage to Applications. Open it once; when macOS says it cannot check it, go to System Settings › Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Or, in Terminal: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Immage.app
  • Windows (x64): run Immage-0.33.0-Windows-x64-setup.exe (or Immage-0.33.0-Windows-x64.msi). When SmartScreen stops it, click More info, then Run anyway
  • Linux (x86-64, glibc 2.35 or newer, such as Ubuntu 22.04): make Immage-0.33.0-Linux-x86_64.AppImage executable (chmod +x Immage-0.33.0-Linux-x86_64.AppImage) and run it

Immage checks for a new version once a day (Preferences › About › Updates), and offers to install it.
